Mexican Chili con carne

Perfect delicious and spicy Mexican stew



Ingredients for Chili con carne:



500 g ground beef

1 onion cut into square 

5 tablespoons oil

Salt and pepper

2 cloves crushed garlic 

1 can crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste 

1 tomato cut into cubes

1 teaspoon sweet paprika 

1 cup red or black beans 

1 teaspoon ground chili 

1/2 cup water








Chili con carne

Preparation

Step 1

Pour oil into pan,cut onion into cubes, add the onion.

Step 2

Fry the onion for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add the meat to the pot, fry and with fork crumble the meat into crumbs

Step 4

When the meet is ready,add the crushed tomatoes, the tomato paste, and the tomato cubes.

Add the spices : salt,pepper,crushed garlic,sweet paprika,chili grits, Mix everything together.


Add the beans to the stew, stir and bring to boil.

Step 5

If there is a lack of fluids it is time to add the water to the stew

Step 6

After the stew has boiled.lower the heat and cook for about an hour until the beans soften
