Caesar Salad with croutons and Parmesan in crazy sauce

The famous lettuce salad stands out especially because of its interesting sauce.
Crispy lettuce, anchovy croutons and lots of Parmesan.
Ingredients
For the Salad
4 lettuce hearts
50 grams Parmesan chips
4 soft or semi hard boiled eggs
For Croutons:
5 slices of challah or bread cut into cubes,
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Sauce:
4 fillets of anchovies
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard grains
1 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan
Salt
Ground black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1 egg yolk or a tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 c degrees, Sprinkle the bread cubes in a pan lined with dripping baking paper, and arrange olive oil on them , Sprinkle with garlic and salt,Mix well and back for about 15 minutes. or until golden,cool and keep-in a box until served.
Step 2
The sauce:
Put all the sauce ingredients except the olive oil in a blender
and stir to obtain a smooth texture.Add the oil in a drizzle through the mold opening while stirring,to create a creamy texture.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Step 3
Assembling the Salad:
Mix the lettuce leaves with the sauce using two spoons or by hand.
Sprinkle with the croutons,Parmesan chips and eggs and serve immediately.
